'Harvest of Blessings' reminds us of God’s faithfu 'Harvest of Blessings' reminds us of God’s faithful provision and the quiet abundance He places in our lives. The golden fields, grazing cows, and sunlit hay bales reflect the fruitfulness that comes from diligent work under His guidance, while the peaceful farmhouse and barn speak of rest and contentment found in His care. As the sky transforms with the setting sun, we are reminded that every day brings His blessings—seen and unseen—that sustain and nurture us.

Scripture reference:
“The Lord will indeed give what is good, and our land will yield its harvest.” — Psalm 85:12

'Peace in the Mountains' captures a quiet, expansi 'Peace in the Mountains' captures a quiet, expansive landscape where soft light, flowing water, and distant peaks invite stillness and reflection. A winding stream leads the eye through the valley toward the mountains beyond, symbolising a journey forward with purpose and hope. The layered hills and open sky create a sense of space, calm, and reassurance.
This painting is a companion piece to Streams in the Valley. Together, they tell a story of God’s care through every season of life. While the valleys speak of refreshment and restoration, Peace in the Mountains reminds us that God also meets us in life’s greater challenges, bringing peace, strength, and clarity as we walk through them.

Inspired by Isaiah 55:12:
“You will go out in joy and be led forth in peace; the mountains and the hills will burst into song before you, and all the trees of the field will clap their hands.”

White frame and mat, 45 x 55 cm - not for sale (Flores private collection).
I called this painting 'Anchored in Christ'. Thou I called this painting 'Anchored in Christ'.

Though the tide is low and the boats sit quietly on the sand, the anchor remains firm. The bareness of the landscape reflects seasons of waiting — times that can feel empty, quiet, or stripped back, where growth is not yet visible. Yet this artwork speaks of the steady hope we have in Christ — not hurried, not shaken, but securely held even in barrenness. Beneath the stillness, God is at work, holding us fast while we wait.
Inspired by Hebrews 6:19:
“We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure.”

As the sun sinks and the city softens into evening, the fading light settles over the streets with a warm, gentle calm. It’s a moment that always makes me think of God—how His peace rests on us even in the middle of life’s bustle, echoing Psalm 4:8: “In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety.”
This painting is my way of capturing that sacred pause at day’s end, when we entrust the night—and all who journey through it—into His care.
